A Marshall, Illinois, man was killed after a crash on I-70 in Vigo County yesterday morning, Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
According to the Indiana State Police, 23-year-old Tanner Carpenter was driving too fast for conditions when he lost control of his car and struck concrete barriers. His car became disabled in the passing lane and was struck by a semi driver who didn’t see the car in time to stop.
