Target Issues Recall Of 480K Pieces Of Clothing For Infants And Toddlers
(Minneapolis, MN) — Target is issuing a recall for 490-thousand pieces of clothing for infants and toddlers. The Consumer Product Safety Commission posted the recall Wednesday involving a swimsuit for infant-toddler girls and infant rompers. The item described as the Cat and Jack Infant-Toddler One-Piece Rashguard Swimsuit is being recalled due to the possibility of the snaps detaching from the suits and becoming a choking or laceration hazard. The second item is described as the Cloud Island Infant rompers and were deemed a hazard for the same reason. Hundreds-of-thousands of bathing suits and rompers were sold at Target stores nationwide from July 2019 to October 2020.
