Probable cause was found to hold Michael Mattox over for trial in Richland County. Michael Mattox is charged in the December 26th deaths of DeAnn Richardson and Judy Jourdan, both of Olney. Mattox is accused of driving his pickup truck through an intersection in Olney and striking the women while they were standing on the patio of Deuce’s Wild Saloon. Mattox faces two counts of first degree murder as well as a count of aggravated battery in a public place. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for March 4th, but a trial date has yet to be set.
