HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital Hosts Red Event On the Go!
SHELBYVILLE — The HSHS Good Shepherd Foundation is planning an opportunity to enjoy a gourmet meal in the comfort of your own home with the Red Event On the Go! By purchasing a dinner, you will be helping to provide much needed support to HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital.
The Red Event has been a tradition for the past 10 years and the Good Shepherd Foundation wanted to keep that tradition going, However, it will look a little different this February.
Due to the restrictions in place for in-person events, the gourmet meals will be on the go! Choose from three delicious meal options; Pecan & parmesan encrusted chicken breast with Dijon cream sauce, carved beef tenderloin medallions with bourbon peppercorn sauce or pasta primavera.
“We knew we wanted to keep the tradition alive,” said Joel Fletcher, HSHS Good Shepherd foundation director. “Like many of the organizations and businesses in our community, we had to adapt to our region’s rules.”
Each meal will cost $50 and will include several side dishes as well as some Red Event swag.
