US National Weather Service Central Illinois in Lincoln Says Cold Air Arrives this Weekend
The core of the cold air arrives later this weekend, with wind chills of 15 below to 25 below zero in much of central Illinois.
If you have to be outside in those conditions, be sure to dress appropriately and minimize the amount of exposed skin. Remember that your pets also need protection from the cold.
