A woman was killed and two others were seriously injured in a crash on I-70 this morning. According to the Illinois State Police, 85-year-old Eugene Goers, of St. Elmo, rear-ended a vehicle driven by 55-year-old Janet Bushue, of Altamont as she was slowed in traffic. That caused a chain reaction crash involving two other vehicles. 86-year-old Evadine Goers died at the scene. The drivers of the other two vehicles refused medical attention. Bushue and Eugene Goers suffered serious injuries.
