Effingham County case managers will be at the Effingham Public Library Monday through Thursday to assist with new or existing unemployment insurance or Pandemic Unemployment Assistance claims. If you need help, please stop by between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, or between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Tuesday. Case managers also offer free assistance in finding a stimulus payment, and applying for SNAP benefits, Medicaid and other social service support.
