(Charleston, IL) Coles County Health Department received notification from IDPH for the following single dose, Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccination clinic:
The Illinois National Guard (ILNG) Mobile Outreach Vaccination Point of Dispensing (POD) will be in Coles County.
Date: Saturday, May 22, 2021,
Hours of operation: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (13:00).
POD Site: Sarah Bush Lincoln Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education, Entrance C, 1000 Health Center Drive, Mattoon, IL 61938.
The single dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine will be open to the following:
Individuals who live in Illinois and are age 18 or older.

Illinois State ID or driver’s license will be required
