Hazmat Called To Site Of Pesotum Train Derailment
(Pesotum, IL) — Hazmat crews are responding to the site of a partial train derailment in Pesotum. The train left the tracks last night at the 300 North crossing near Chestnut Street north of town. Several blocks of Route 45 are closed to the public. Crews have not released whether anyone was hurt or what caused the derailment.
