- Friday Lunch & Music: Join the crowd for the Downtown Mattoon Lunch & Music series every Friday this summer from 11:30 am to 1 pm at Heritage Park across from the Train Depot. This week the entertainment will be Ron Easter & Friends.
- Lytle Pool: After a year hiatus due to the pandemic, Lytle Pool will be open to the public starting Monday, Memorial Day at 11:30 am until 7:45 pm. Great news for kids!
- Memorial Day: As great as it is to have a three day weekend, please remember why we are celebrating Memorial Day. It is for the military members who paid the ultimate sacrifice serving our Country. Reach out to a veteran, thank them for their service and show them your appreciation for fellow members who gave their lives to protect us and keep our Country free!
