Woman, Toddler Injured In Christian County Crash
(Christian County, IL) — A woman and her toddler are injured after a Christian County crash. The crash happened Tuesday afternoon on County Highway Two, west of County Highway 22. Officials say the driver lost control, and the vehicle flipped into a cornfield. A three-year-old girl was airlifted to the hospital, and her mother was taken by ambulance to a separate facility. Officers say their injuries were considered non-life-threatening. Authorities believe alcohol was a factor in the crash. An investigation is underway.
