A West Liberty man was killed in a crash yesterday morning in Cumberland County. According to the Illinois State Police, 33-year-old Timothy Allison was northbound on Route 121 when he ran off the road, over-corrected, crossed both lanes, ran off the road again and struck a tree and parked vehicle at a residence. Allison died at the scene.
