A Windsor man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison on four counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. 40-year-old Donald Ohmen will serve at least 85-percent of his sentence and will be subjected to lifetime registration as a sexual predator and a life term of mandatory supervised release upon completion of his sentence.
