Champaign School Bus Hit By Gunfire, No Injuries
(Champaign, IL) — Police say a Champaign Unit Four School bus was hit by gunfire. Police responded to a report of shots fired yesterday in the area of Neil and Arcadia. The bus was not part of a related crash on Moreland and Town Center Boulevard, where a man sustained non-life-threatening injuries either from shots fired or debris from the crash. Students were on the bus at the time the shots were fired, but no one on the bus was hurt. No arrests have been made and an investigation is underway.
