ISU Professor: Large Companies May Benefit From Biden Vaccine Mandate
(Normal, IL) — An Illinois State University professor says large companies may benefit from President Biden’s vaccine mandate. Dr. Heather Jia says it will provide “cover” for the companies that may keep employees dissatisfied with individual business vaccine mandates from leaving for competitors. The associate professor of management and Human Resources expert says the are many variables with how the mandate will affect businesses, and that more details are needed. President Biden announced last week that all businesses employing more than 100 people must eventually require staff vaccinations or weekly testing.
