Seat Check Saturday is September 25, Local Safety Checks Available

Certified child passenger safety technicians will be offering free car seat safety checks this Saturday (9/25) as part of Child Passenger Safety Week.  During Seat Check Saturday, techs will provide instruction on how to install and use car seats correctly and help determine if your kids are in the right seat for their age, height and weight.  Safety checks will be offered at the Charleston Police Department, Illinois State Police District 12 Headquarters in Effingham, Crawford Memorial Hospital, and the health departments in Cumberland, Douglas and Clay counties.  Visit buckleupsaturdayillinois.org for more information.
