The Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club will host its Halloween Parade October 31st, with line-up at noon along Maple, between Temple and Evergreen Avenues. The parade will start at 2pm. Entry forms are available at the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce’s website. The deadline is October 22nd. “Favorite Game Show” is the theme this year.
