The Casey Police Department is warning residents of a phone scam that’s been reported. Community members have informed the PD about calls from a “third party utility company,” that state you are paying too much with your current company and need to give them information. The caller requests a social security number, checking account information, and other personal ID information. DO NOT give out any information. Simply hang up and report to the police department.
