Champaign Suspends Bar’s Liquor License After Series Of 911 Calls
(Champaign, IL) — A Champaign bar’s liquor license is suspended after a series of 911 calls over the past four months. Mayor Deb Feinen also serves as the city’s liquor commissioner and has deemed Clark Bar an “immediate threat to the welfare of our community.” The bar’s owner received a letter outlining the charges last Tuesday, including being a public nuisance, disturbing the peace, and disorderly practices.
