Illinois HCROCA Headed To Governor’s Desk

(Springfield, IL) — An amendment to the Illinois Health Care Right of Conscience Act is headed to Governor J.B. Pritzker’s desk. The measure passed the state Senate last night in a close vote. The amendment would make it more difficult to use the Act to get an exception to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. Pritzker is expected to sign the measure.
