Ionic Smartwatches From Fitbit Being Recalled

(San Francisco, CA) — Ionic smartwatches from Fitbit are being recalled. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says this is due to a risk of burning. That can happen when the watch overheats due to the lithium-ion batteries. There have been nearly 80 burn injury reports in the U.S. Consumers are advised to return the watch. That’ll lead to a refund of about 300-dollars and a 40-percent discount code.
