Nurse Sentenced For Failing To Provide Proper Care To Resident Who Died

(Springfield, IL) — A nurse is receiving probation for failing to administer life saving measures to a resident living in the Collinsville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Christy McCall pleaded guilty earlier this month in Madison County and was sentenced to 12 months of probation. McCall was accused of failing to provide proper care to a resident who died in August 2017.
