Decatur Police Searching For Pair Wanted In Deadly Shooting Of Teenage Boy

(Decatur, IL) — Police are searching for two people wanted in the deadly shooting of a teenage boy in Decatur last month. Arrests warrants were issued for Travell Washington and Freiashya Ayres following the death of 17-year-old Kemareon Rice on March 5th. The teen was shot in a parking lot in the 19-hundred block of South Mount Zion Road.
