The 45th Annual Panther Marching Band Festival is Saturday, September 24, 2022, at EIU’s O’Brien Field. Performances begin at 11am. 30 schools will be represented, including Mattoon, Charleston, Casey-Westfield, Effingham, Newton, Oblong, Paris and Robinson. Tickets are $10.00 for adults; $5.00 for students and senior citizens; and kids five and under get in free. There’s no charge for parking.
