Books & Babies resumes at the Charleston Carnegie Public Library on Thursdays, at 10:30-11:00 a.m. from September 22-December 1. This program has been developed for infants through 36 months and their caregiver and features stories, bouncing rhymes, finger-plays, songs, socialization, and other interactive early literacy fun.
