Event to feature flu shots, patient portal sign ups

(Paris, IL)—What’s inside the Jasper Street Annex on Highway 150 in Paris?

Get a look inside at an open house hosted by Horizon Health on Tuesday, November 14, from 5 to 6:30 pm. The building is the former site of the Dollar General store at 15323 US Highway 150.

The event will include tours of Horizon Health departments and the opportunity to talk with staff:

Learn about effective treatments for chronic pain from specialized providers at the Pain Management Clinic.
Sign up for free access to your online patient portal at the Health Information Management Department and learn how to request copies of medical records.
Get a flu shot at the Occupational Health Department. Cost is $40 (cash only). Individuals who want their insurance billed should see their medical provider.

Light refreshments will be available, as well as a free drawing for a door prize. Reservations are not required.
