The Coles County Youth Agriculture Banquet will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023, at the Mattoon American Legion. This joint effort is with the Coles County Extension Foundation and the Coles County FFA Alumni (Charleston, Mattoon, and Oakland) Chapters.
The night will include a pulled pork meal, silent auction, and cornhole tournament. Tickets for the event are $10.00 each. There is a separate charge for the cornhole tourney. Dinner and auction tickets are available from foundation or FFA alumni members, the Coles County Extension office, or the Coles County Farm Bureau office. Be sure to check the extension’s Facebook page for silent auction items. Even if you’re unable to attend the fundraiser, you can still bid on auction items at their page.
