State Rep. Blaine Wilhour endorses Donald Trump for President
(Beecher City, IL) –– With voters caucusing this evening in Iowa, State Rep. Blaine Wilhour (R-Beecher City) says caucus goers in the first state to vote in the 2024 Presidential Election should support the America First Agenda by voting for President Donald J. Trump.
“I am endorsing President Trump because he is the fighter we need to drain the D.C. swamp,” Wilhour said. “President Trump will put working families first, secure our southern border, and he will take on the corrupt D.C. insiders and their radical, woke agenda. Donald Trump is the most pro-life President in our history and the far-left will stop at nothing to go after him because he has been so successful in advancing the cause of life. These are dark times in our country, and we need President Trump’s leadership more than ever.”
Wilhour said the efforts of far-left extremists to kick President Trump off the ballot in Colorado, Maine and now Illinois should concern every honest citizen in the country.
“As usual, the far left and their corrupt special interest insiders can’t compete at the ballot box so they have to try to remove their opposition. What is happening to President Trump is wrong and there is no ambiguity here,” Wilhour said. “Denying someone access to the ballot simply because of baseless, unproven accusations sets a terrible precedence. The left is trying to turn our nation into a banana republic. Regardless of what anyone thinks about President Trump and his policies, we should all agree he has a right to run. It is my hope voters in the 110th District to join me in voting for President Donald Trump.”
The Primary Election in Illinois is March 19th.
