Books & Babies Returns to the Charleston Carnegie Public Library
Books & Babies at the Charleston Carnegie Public Library will be held on Thursdays at 10:30-11:00 a.m. from March 7-April 25. This program has been developed for infants through 36 months and their caregiver and features stories, bouncing rhymes, finger-plays, songs, socialization, and other interactive early literacy fun.
