SHIFT:
M-F 8a-4:30p
SUMMARY
Responsible for the daily timekeeping tracking and corrections. This position is also responsible assisting with annual insurance enrollment, running reports and assisting managers and employees with questions or concerns.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage employee time cards
- Daily Import
- Code attendance on time cards
- Medical notes review for restrictions and 3 days or more absences
- Backup onboarding
- New hire folders
- Manage personal leave and update time card accordingly
- Print badges and make changes related to new badges, schedules or access levels
- Work with supervisors on reports and questions related to time cards, points and other leave policies
- Employee questions and/or concerns
- Stocking cabinets with creamer, utensils, etc.
- Scan documentation into OnBase
- Assist with HR events

- Filling and shredding
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting experience and/or HR related experience
- Knowledge of payroll law
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to operate following office machines:
- Adding machine
- Copy machine
- Computer
- Fax machine
- Scanner
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Prolonged sitting
- Prolonged periods of time working at a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15-20lbs occasionally
