Charleston Carnegie Public Library Summer Read Program
Want to keep your kids reading over summer break? Want to try and win a grand prize? Do you like weekly prizes? Fun programs? Reading in general?
Welcome to the Charleston Carnegie Public Library’s Summer Read! This year’s theme is Adventure Begins at Your Library, and we invite our community members of all ages to participate! Reading entries accepted June 1-July 31, 2024.
What is it?
A weekly reading program. Read 2 hours or more each week to earn a weekly prize and chances to win our grand prizes! Also, make sure to check out our variety of fun programs we’re hosting throughout the 8 weeks!
How do I join?
No registration or Library card required. Submit your reading that you have completed online at www.charlestonlibrary.org. Please ask staff for any help with submissions.
All Entries must be entered by 11:59pm, Wednesday, July 31st. Grand prizes will be drawn on Friday, August 2nd. All winners will be called and notified. Prizes must be picked up by Friday, August 16th.
