Illinois State Police Announces Results of Roadside Safety Check
EFFINGHAM – Illinois State Police (ISP) Troop 9 Commander, Captain Nathan Douglas, announces the results of a Roadside Safety Check (RSC) held in Richland County from late night May 18 to early morning May 19. The RSC was conducted at Illinois Route 130 and Ash Street in Onley, by Troop 9 officers.

Registration Offenses 0

Alcohol and drug impairment are estimated to be a factor in more than 47% of all fatal motorvehicle crashes in Illinois. There is one alcohol-related traffic fatality every 39 minutes in the United States. RSCs are designed to keep our roads safe by taking dangerous DUI offenders off the road.
