The Coles County Extension Foundation, in collaboration with Coles County FFA chapters, is hosting the annual youth agriculture banquet on December 13th at the Mattoon Eagles Club. The evening will include a pulled pork meal, cornhole tournament, and silent and live auctions. If you’re unable to stay for the silent auction, you can check the extension foundation’s Facebook page for bidding options. Meal tickets are available at the Coles County Extension Office, Coles County Farm Bureau, or from FFA and foundation members.
