Eastern Illinois baseball standout Bryce Riggs has been named the Panthers’ 2025-26 Male Athlete of the Year. Riggs powered EIU to a second straight OVC Tournament championship game, going 8-and-2 with a 3.18 ERA. The OVC Pitcher of the Year tied the league lead with 76 strikeouts, held opponents to a .189 average, and earned national recognition as a Pitcher of the Year semifinalist.
